Sometimes lyrics just end up like this. Threw in some Vampire Weekend improv to meet the sawtooth melody challenge. Yay for scales.

I really like that break between the verses. The verses themselves have a great flow, rhythmically and melodically. When you land on "fuzzy bossa nova" is feels so right.

Oooh I like this! That's great that you can venture out and change up styles so easily. I'm pretty much just stuck in my own style all the time 😂

But yours is a style I am unable to do :) Not just the guitar work, I cannot sing while playing almost anything. Simple drums are the only exception. If I have an instrument in hand and a microphone at my face, all knowledge of the song, music in general, and how to stand like a human go right out the window.

Nice vibe. I love the first verse "Of course, we're going to" finishes off the thought well. Lovely vocals and a superb synth patch driving the song.

I'm not sure what the fuzzy bossanova is, but your song made me smile! Very fun vibe! And you managed to get Whirlwind in the lyrics... I tried, but just couldn't make it fit.
Neither do I. I had a few synths that I wanted to use in fawm, and this one I named 'fuzzy bossa nova'. Lyrics kinda took it in a way I didn't foresee

Lovely and fun! "Fuzzy bossa nova" makes me picture someone wearing a furry 1960s minidress, dancing around in some dimly-light nightclub. "There's a whirlwind just ripping right through us" is a great line.
