Ha, oh boy this was a silly one. I had the sawtooth melody first and tried to build a B-52s, Tom Tom Club kind of thing around the idea of a club with a mysterious upstairs room called the Sugar Shack. I'd love to flesh this out more in the future if I can think of more things that go on (behind closed doors of course) at the Sugar Shack.
