Ain't my proudest work lyrically, but I'm proud of how off-balance I made the chord progression feel (even though it's hard as hell to sing over!!!). Very much taking a title and running with it.

Don't sell yourself short on these lyrics. There is a Barrett-esque quality to them that pairs perfectly with the jaunty guitar and your vocal style. "making sure you go against the grain not parallel lines, a perpendicular plain" is one of my favorite lines in FAWM this year.
