so my weekly therapist (as opposed to my monthly therapist) gave me a songwriting challenge and I did not want to do this at all but once I started I figured I'd do it up right.

you're really kind that's one thing nice about you and you're so patient and that's a good quality too you're always willing to help when someone needs it if you can you're a kind patient helpful willing kind of man

you tell the truth but gently 'cause why should it hurt? you like to talk quite a bit for an introvert but you love to listen 'cause that's nice too honestly introverted's another nice thing about you

and you smell good most of the time and you dress pretty good for a hillbilly past his prime and you're calm when people get mad or they're upset and you let it go, forgive and forget

you know you're not perfect but you do what you can that's why you're working so hard to be a better man every day every way so I'm glad you're me is what I'm trying to say
