#classical #instrumental #challenge I wanted to make this year at least one classical piece, and when the mixed emotions -challenge was announced, I knew this was the time to do that. My idea was to use horns as something evil, and Choir as something blissful, and then put them together. Musically speaking, it is not my favorite, but it fills the challenge and has some decent parts to it.

There is definitely some tension, and the piece seems to be at odds with itself. It's soothing and causes anxiety at the same time. Well done!

I think it's pretty awesome, really. I could reallyt imagin ethis as the bacgkround of a horror scene, or a haunted house. All the dissonants make it sound uneasy and creepy. The 'breathing' drums make it sound really threathening (the drums are great by the way). That combo is great! I like how it transitions to a more positive, dreamy, lush vibe for the middle section, yet it still all fits in wonderfully as a whole.
