What Can I Say About That

Liner Notes
A friend was posting a bunch of songs on Instagram, and I was trying to mimic his style, which was an acousticy thing, and really deep lyrics. And I was thinking about the song "On the Day it Finally Happened" by Malort and Savior; and tried to combine those two ideals here.
I kinda recorded this without knowing the song yet; and it doesn't flow well. I think I tried four different attempts at a chorus.
The recording does not transition between the chorus back into the 'slower' verse.
I really like the bridge, though, but at the end I just wanted to be done.
Lyrics
Verse 1: (G) Everything I ever (D) loved (A) Flying away like a (D) dove (G) What can I (D) say about (A) that
Everything that I could want Not every ghost has a haunt What can I say about that?
Trying to free my mind This hill is to big to climb What can I say about that
Empty chamber echoes wide Giving me no place to hide What can I say about that?
Pre-chorus: (Bm) Love is what I (A) need and I (G) cannot let it (D) go Planting from a seed takes So long for it to grow
Chorus: (G) What do you think about the things I say (D) What do you think about the games we play? (A) What do you think about all the facts (G) What do you (D) think about (A) that?
V2: Patience is dead and gone Tired of waiting way to long What can I say about that?
Everything I could want Nothing here left to flaunt What can I say about that?
All my dreams coming true I never thought to wish for you What can I say about that?
Leave troubles far behind Try not to lose your mind What can I say about that?
Prechorus 2 (Bm) Freedom that I (A) need but I (G) cannot let you (D) go Planting from a seed takes So long for it to grow
