I noticed that even though I am at song 9 already, I have only made one 'normal' song. I wanted to make something without challenge limitations. I started a bit mysterious and electronic, but it quickly evolved into something much more big, grand, epic. When the key didn't fit, I decided to just transpose halfway. Then when this section was done, I thought: well, this intro isn't the best fit anymore. Removing it is not within the spirit of FAWM, so I decided to really incorporate it into the piece by making it a recurring theme. But I didn't want to have the best part at the beginning, so I made the 'epic' part a returning theme as well. This made the piece rather long, but I think it's worth it. I'm quite satisfied with it!
