Lyrics

it floated across the dunes a thousand fingers and a million eyes into the heart

of the oasis of the most hidden places trapped in stasis from another time

there the water infinity pool went on for ever at its leisure

but this odd visitor the great inquisitor strange arbiter drank the water

and then the oasis was no more swallowed whole by the specter and then it continued on it’s way

Great bounce and twang to this. You really nail some iconic surf/spaghetti western sounds here. I like the bizarre lyric, would have worked great if Alejandro Jodorowsky had made A Fistful Of Dollars.

Fantastic surf rock guitar tone and catchy off-kilter vibe. Very unusual, amusing theme to the mad lyrics. I’m into this.

love me some twang. sounds like the double harmonic scale I love to use for my orientalesque stuff. musically, this feels so much like Stan Ridgway. lyrically, more like the Bonzo Dog Band (one of the few novelty bands I ever liked.)

nice, I love Stand Ridgway. I used a behringer octave divider to try and get a sitar kinda sound for fun. I used to live in Texas and heard so many small rockabilly and surf bands on the weekends and I miss that a lot.
