little wins

Liner Notes
If i'm going to really do something with this one, i'm probably going to need another couple of verses, but i'm going to go with these three right now and take the win. ;-)
I'm hearing a kind of frentic and bouncy 2/4 piano roff with lots of alternate bass notes backing this (Lehrer-ish?) but who knows what i'll actually come up with should i record this one.
Lyrics
the restaurant bill comes out so as to make figuring the tip a breeze having the time to grab a tissue before you can't hold back the sneeze finding the last bag of ice melt before the sleet begins to freeze often times a victory's a matter of degrees some days little wins are the only way that you succeed
all four wheels of your grocery cart roll smoothly, same direction the other drivers seem to know the rules of a four-way intersection insert your favorite joke right here 'bout a firm and timely male reaction tiny(!) things like this look better on reflection take the little wins, good doesn't have to be perfection
your meeting ends ten minutes early giving you extra time for a breather the inclusion of a cool cameo in a looked-forward to film teaser finding one more box of pizza rolls buried in the way-back of your freezer miniscule coincidences, not a bug but a feature take the little win, don't fear being an achiever

“don't fear being an achiever” Nice
I love the lyric and the positive vibe-- such relatable wins that yes, we should celebrate! Looking forward to hearing the finished product!
I like your choices. I would have tortured the language a bit and had "that one succeeds" instead of the more natural "that you succeed" in order to force the "s" for a closer rhyme, but I think you way is the better one.
