As others have said this is very cinematic. You have a way with the piano that encompasses the nuances of human emotion and it is beautiful. Lovely job.

This is beautiful. I agree with someone else - it sounds like a score for a movie. I'm curious what the skirmish prompt was. Gonna have to go check :)

Also sounds like you've got an acoustic piano at your house. It'd be so nice to write these fawm songs on an acoustic... One of my students is learning some Chopin Waltzes so I just played through them to remind myself how the feel but they just don't feel the same on the electronic piano...

p.s. just saw the prompt - which band were you thinking of?

Thank you for your kind comment. I didn't have a band in mind so just went with the skirmish title turning it into don't lol. Skirmish prompts just give us a creative idea, the interpretations are up to us. It's really fun to participate and I know for sure some ideas won't come to me if I didn't have these prompts.

This is fantastic. It evokes such a mood. Melodically, it reminds me of some of the classic scores from horror movies of the past. Not sure if you were going for that at all, but it's wherem y mind went. Thanks for sharing!
