Every year I do my best to participate in the Oracle Challenge, hosted by @writeandwrong . This year, I received the card: The Universe Is Not Amazon Prime. For some reason, this made me think of chillout music (probably influenced by my buddy @looprication who is a master of the genre, IMHO), so that's the direction I went. I fired up Loopcloud inside of Jeskola Buzz & started hunting for samples I could play around with. This song is the result. Not my usual sound & genre, but I'm quite pleased with how it all came together.

Came for the awesome title (and because gotta listen to your stuff!) and I really enjoyed this; feels very different from the sort of style I've come to associate with you (which I also enjoy!). Floating away in the chill vibe.

hearing it again - I'm hooked by the reggae flow that wasn't apparent until the vocals came in - the piano and drifting drones put it in a really unsettling space - neon scifi with flickering signs spelling out the words within the slogans. tongue in cheek vibe - some super effects work - everything operating within gradients of the depth - feels deep - long alleys into darkness. great stuff!
