#acousticonetake i was struggling to think of anything to write about and in a moment of frustration started singing about how i hate fawm and then it turned into this :)

then i realized my verse melody was almost identical to Goodbye Earl so i had to change it a bit (whoops).

(Note from songwrit in g group - try starting chorus on F and end on G to walk up to the chorus )

Verse 2 The snow and slush wet the hem of my pants soakin wet most of the day the evening's so dark and when i get home i gotta shovel my driveway

I love this idea for a song, and I empathize with the idea of not knowing what to write about. Shoveling the driveway is my bane lately.

I don't hear any hints of Goodbye Earl in here; not sure if you changed it before recording or not.

oh man, I relate! Especially that glasses fogging up line. The struggle is real! What a productive way to vent your frustrations.

Not even pronouncing it right made me think for a sec :P I do really hear ya on a lot of this as a Midwesterner and you put a catchy chorus to our yearly frustration. I also dig the pause on "I gotta shovel my driveway". This is a real promising one.
