Lyrics

Enough

You kept your balance when things were rough You moved ahead when times got tough You've survived through a lot of bad stuff How do you know when you've had enough

You've had a hard time Takin' care of ;yourself Supper made from what's left on the shelf Lookin' for someone who can spread the wealth How will you know when you get enough

Ch. Enough of this Enough of that Don't take too much Look like you're livin' fat It's enough for me Is it enough for you Believe in enough It's all you can do

Hard to imagine but things got worse Went to the doctor nothin' left in your purse Let out a cry to the universe Askin' why you can't get enough.

cool guitar and lots of good lines on the theme that enough is enough. love the relentless repitition of that key word.

Very cool lyrics and music. I hear your own unique vibe. Strong and poignant song. Amazing it was done in one take. Very powerful take on the prompt.

@ruby

Totally love the picking and chord progression, I agree with everyone when they reference Pink Floyd. The lyrics tell the an every man story to me. You do what you can but the breaks are tough.

Yes, definitely hearing that Pink Floyd vibe! Nicely done, especially for a time-limited skirmish. I like the chord progression, and the reverb on the vocals and guitars is perfect.

Love that chord progression!! feels very powerful and poignant.

A very Pink Floyd vibe. I love the little picked riff.

I like the pensive quality, with a little desperation leaking in, of the lyrics. It's hard to know, you have to keep asking yourself.

I like the guitar too, the almost "jangly" quality of the vibrations. It goes well with the questions of the lyrics.
