Perfection is the enemy of good (Voltaire, I think). Nowhere is that more true than with songwriting, and I'm guessing many of us struggle with trying to get things "perfect". An admirable goal, but also a procrastinator's excuse. I posted the lyrics to this in time for the skirmish, but I'm visiting friends in Colorado, so it took a while to find and hook up a MIDI keyboard and find a quiet enough space to record.
