I just uploaded a rather serious track I spent the afternoon on when I saw this #skirmish. The #prompt brought the repeating "I've Had Enough" to my mind immediately.

Having just finished a rather heavy song, I didn't want to get into anything political or angry again. So I thought about the silliest thing I could be fed up about. Not being allowed to climb a tree at my age (and physical fitness) seem to match the bill.

YES, angry kazoo! Also love the chord changes, really adds to the frustration in your lyrics. Awesomeness :)

I like the "in your face" vibe - totally fits the lyric. And the kazoo fits the angst and anger that the singer is dealing with. Good skirmish.

I like the drive and attitude and the ascending progression for your chorus parts made the frustrated kazoo really emphasize how it’s all piling up and you’ve had enough. Great track

I’ve never heard a frustrated kazoo before!! It really is pissed off!! Totally understand the anger and frustration. The punky guitar works so well here.

Great skirmish. You've cried out for all of us who weren't allowed to climb trees when we were children. "You might fall". Yeah, but at least I wouldn't poke my eye out!

Nice! I like the defiance of the song, coupled with the quirkiness of the kazoo. Also, the line about being told that you're too old to climb a tree reminded me of the story of when Keith Richard (then aged 62) injured himself falling out of a tree that he'd climbed while holidaying in Fiji!

I've just had another memory come back to me. One of the most mesmerising live performances that I've seen was Iggy Pop supporting Metallica a few years ago. Iggy must have been in his 60s and was climbing the stage supports during the non singing bits. I had my heart in my mouth thinking 'I'm going to see Iggy Pop fall to his death here!'.

I think we need to be more like Keef and Iggy .... but maybe wear helmets
