Another quick production. Used Logic's auto drummer, keys player, and bassist and they went a bit buckwild. I'll definitely want to play them myself later. And my guitar playing is a bit sloppy. BUT, it puts me on track with 3 songs in 3 days, so I'll take it! Started this one on guitar, so it possesses many of my guitar-song inclinations. So that makes one synth start, one keys start, and one guitar start now.

This is a bit of an one with an intense verse and a less intense chorus. Zedd must be getting to me with his flipped intensities.

Verse 1 is about when my wife and I on our honeymoon were driving through the desert at night from Phoenix, AZ to Albuquerque, NM. It was pitch black but for some reason all the animals (field mice I guess) started timing it just right and thought it was their cue to cross when they saw our lights. After the trauma of flattening maybe 3 of them I thought to start honking the horn at regular intervals. After that they just watched us pass, dumbfounded. It was surreal and quite funny (not the pancake making).

We live in a beach area. Verse 2 is about the most unique experience we had this last year at a beach we frequent. No wind and the sound just seemed to stop. It was slightly hazy and it just felt so surreal and as though something was going to come out of the dark on the water and attack us. Like "the shoe to drop" kind of moment. Everything was just "suspended."

Doing life together with my wife, we have those special shared moments as milestones.
