#collab #fuc #murder Thanks to Liz (@kahlo2013) for letting me put some music to her fun skirmish lyric! I'm on the road and before leaving downloaded my studio1 pc instrumental file for use in garage band on my iPad and then recorded the vocal.. let me just say that many technical difficulties ensued! Uke and vocals are me. Drum and base with an assist from BIAB (real players). Mixdown is just rough!

Despite all the challenges, I had fun writing a happy murder ballad with Liz.

Surreal rendition to the subject matter at hand. I dip a toe into insanity as a writer.. I’m a listener and observer and am intrigued by the… bizarreness of people… to put it in a kind way. That this happened as a collaboration is extremely amusing 😁

This is delightful! You've told your story so effectively, and the device of the three rhymed words at the end of each verse is so much fun! Your arrangement and harmonies are fantastic and support the upbeat vibe of the song. I really enjoyed this!

The music goes so well with the lyrics by @kahlo2013. I also really like the repetition of the rhymes in the verses - and they’re almost self-explanatory. The jauntiness of the bluegrass sound enhances the whole thing. Great collab.

Great full sound - amazed at the sound you can get from using garage band! In true bluegrass style - the peppy murder ballad. The repetition of the rhymes in verses is very effective too. Well done!

Love the lyrical conceit of repeating the rhymes in the verses!

The melody and groove got my foot tapping immediately, very cool. An up-beat murder ballad - gotta love it!

Wonderful bluegrass sound on this one.well done lyrics, harmonies and instruments! Wasn't expecting a uke in a murder ballad - of course knowing it was a murder song, I knew what was coming, but it got more gruesome than I expected!
