#skirmish I'm not thrilled with how this one turned out, but I like a couple of things about it.

She’s a fan of clarity, she likes things perfectly clear She likes to drink clear water, I prefer translucent beer
I know there is opaque beer, there’s no reason much to care She hates my translucency, so I’m not going there
Why do I care if she doesn’t like my beer Water just isn’t my thing… If I had my way I would drink what I wanted But she scares me like a house that is haunted I shouldn’t care that she don’t like my beer
I decided I would try, to drink something more clear She watched me carefully, with each sip she would stare
The vodka I was drinking, just didn’t scratch my ear So right now and tomorrow, I’ll drink my translucent beer

This is an awesome take on the prompt, honestly. I like the chords you're using in the picking. I like the kind of conversational delivery as well.

I like the direction of this piece, I like the story of mismatched ideals vs just wanting to drink what you want. Really cool
