Oh, man. Very Carol Cleveland Sings - The Cashmere Cassette energy. Maybe one of your strongest works yet??? It feels kinda like the twin flame to hopeless chromantic from 2 FAWMs ago, except if you swapped the vibes of the instrumental and vocal. Would be one hell of a 7", honestly.

Very clever conceit for a song! It works beautifully. And if you really feel on a roll, you could have a full album of numbers before you know it. I especially liked “the extra day!”

Love this idea, I may even steal it and write a number song too. The synth lead sounds great, and is it blending with a kazoo in the instrumental bit? Or is that some kind of overdriven vocal? Whatever it is it sounds awesome.
