About 11 years ago I fell in love with traditional Irish music - especially when played on fiddle. I've been working on fiddle ever since. (Still have a lot of work to do! 🙄) Now also working on my recently-acquired tenor banjo.
This tune is a reel, which means that this recording is too slow. But I was making too many mistakes when I tried playing it up to tempo, so this is a slow-session version.
This is a happy-sounding tune, so I named it after something that makes me happy. ☕️

Love this! When I was in grade school my music teacher insisted I play an instrument because I had such a “good ear.” So I chose the violin and hated it. Now if somebody had told me it was a fiddle …
I love Irish music and this is really cool
Great! I love the little turn at the end of the A part!
I too love Irish music and this sounds like wonderful Irish songs! Very impressive!
I love violin. Good job on the write! Understandable that it was difficult to play faster. It's a difficult instrument, especially when it's at the front like this.
Banjo's fun too. The 2 instruments interact in an interesting way in this track. Not a combo I would've thought of, but it works.
