I'd keep it as one song - the changes of pace make it interesting - I thought it was reminiscent of The Who

Good intro off the bat! Digging the way the bass and drums accentuate the guitar to start with. I actually really like the bait-and-switch of the lush acoustic bit, it kinda reminds me of "My Poor Brain" by the Foo Fighters. The chorus is really lovely with pretty chord changes and harmonies. I'd say maybe give the rockin' part more prominence but overall the whole thing does work pretty nice as it is.
