Good introspective lyric. The chorus pulls it all together in a tight package. Good write.

I'm definitely getting the Tears for Fears vibe! Lovely reflective lyrics and the tune carries them really well.

I'm with @narwhalsexist - that line is everything. All these lyrics are good but that one, oh my gosh. I'm feeling this. Great delivery. I really like these chords, too.

Really like these lyrics and story. The movement from cool in school to recognzing the miracle of imagination in others. Then the move from the bucket list to the simple kindness of freeing the bird -- something small that dwarfs anything on the list. That scene/idea with the bird is lovely. And esp. like the shift to suspended chords on "watch them fly away". I like this song a lot!
