Lyrics
WALKING THE EARTH
And again the morning has come Take a sip from my J May I borrow a day Not too late for a date with the sun Golden leaves on the meadow Songs of mockingbird echo
I’m gliding along Shuffling my feet through the dirt Singing a new song While I’m walking the earth
In a cloud minding my own When it hit me like magic A glitch in the fabric As if I was no longer alone A second turns to forever Then slips back into never
There’s so much less time Now that I know what it’s worth But that’s all right sunshine I’m still walking the earth
Your shadow knows the places you are going to Tomorrow tells you where you need to be

Smiling throughout!! Incredible polish on every piece of this. Makes me glad I'm walking the earth. Harmonies at the end just make ya melt
This is my cup of tea. So wonderfully much 10cc and XTC in this one that I just melt. You nailed the lyrics and the music had those little twist and turns that makes it magic. Thanks 🙏
Oooh very nice vibe, immaculate. Lovely chord changes too, especially on that chorus. Well done!
Wow this is catchy! You have a real ear for melody and the voice works perfectly, the harmony was just right. This reminds me of the 60s psychedelia for some reason. Very well done going to follow and look forward to more!
Perfect strolling music and I'm a big fan of a two line bridge. Smoothly sweet and light with a ribbon of intrigue in that second verse. For some reason, now I crave a chai latte. Tremendously enjoyable, thanks for sharing!
