'You Felt Like a Stranger'

Skirmish: STRANGER (@corinnecurcio)

Liner Notes

Thank you for the prompt. My initial idea was to create some strange chords combinations but I then felt like creating my music about someone I knew. He felt like a stranger. Sadly, he is no longer with us. You might here sadness in my music. It is indeed sad when no matter how much the person is loved, it doesn't seem to change the situation. At least, for some lonely people. If you feel like collaborating with me, please let me know; I think it could be a song subject. Thank you, as always for listening and commenting.

Well done Nadia. I like the pensive and slightly sad quality of the chords and melody - fits your title well.

your choice of expression using the piano really does capture the idea of strangerness. i feel the strange coming through what youre playing. another great example of such expressive and direct playing by yourself

Oh I do feel the sadness - and I am sorry for your loss. I enjoyed the contrast of the pulsing chords with the sorrowful flowing melody. Really nice composition and playing. Great skirmish!
