The contrast of chiptune sounds with piano is really fun. And I love that piano part throughout! Very cool harmonic ideas too. And the ending ties such a nice bow on the whole thing.
Sounds very progressive. Great harmonic changes. Like from just after the romantic era. Impressive/Progressive
I love the combination between the piano and the chiptunes sounds. Nice instrumentation. Like in the old gameboy days but with the piano it sounds really modern
Thank you so much! I do love mixing genres
This is wonderful! Great old school video game music to listen and follow along to.
I love a good chiptune every now and then. Great old school tones mixed with some more modern sounds. Very rich arrangement with lots of stuff intertwining in an interesting way. That hi-hat coming a little behind the beat is a nice touch.
So varied - I’ve got a few fav parts - really cool how it shifts, changes, and flows
Chiptune waltz? Dope as hell, I love the melodic flow in this track
Thank you! Love your work as well!
I'm trying to imagine where I would hear this in a video game. The piano elements make me think of an emotional boss fight in some kind of Final Fantasy games, but the jauntiness of it makes me think perhaps something more along the lines of Undertale.
You pinned me down haha. Undertale is definitely a big inspiration!
Groovy electronica fun -- a bit of pokemon dungeon, and some classic Galaga trills too. Really nice piano outro chords.
Thank you! Glad you had fun!
I can feel a circus vibe here, don't know if it was intended? Such a wide variety of different instruments you used here! A beautiful landscape of sounds!
Thank you so much! I think all my music tends to be a bit circus-y/whacky. I can't help it hahah
That intro sounds like a video game!!! Then it evolves in some really interesting ways!! I love compositions like this.
Thank you so much! Definitely inspired by game soundtracks
I'm impressed by how you manage to make those high-pitched chiptune sounds sing their little beepy hearts out!
