I tend to go through different seasons in my creative pursuits—sometimes writing music, sometimes fiction, and recently painting and drawing—but I identify most strongly as a songwriter. I have an album that I’ve been working on that is currently back-burnered until after FAWM, but I did (finally) actually start releasing music this year, starting with a single. It’s a fun tune from last FAWM called “Rewind (to 1989),” and it’s on all the streaming platforms under my name, Andrew Flinner.

(P.S.--For anyone who cares, I choose to not use ANY generative AI of any kind in my work, and expressly forbid any work of mine to be fed into any AI algorithm without my consent. The closest I'll get is using FAWM's own Muse tools upon occasion to look for a spark of inspiration. I may use smart tools like compressors or the like, but nothing generative either in the writing or production processes.)
