Started with a title and went from there......no
The day looked alright, the sun was shining bright,
But Murphy’s law pre-vailed, I felt like hell,
My toast came out burnt, coffee was stale,
It was Monday morning, I had to hit the rails
That was part of my dilemma,
Take one day at a time, hope your day is not like mine,
I got up on the wrong-side though I never went bed,
Always remembered what the door-mouse said,
Feed your head.
The train was pulling into the station, once again,
The crowded platform overwhelmed, anxiety set-in,
Trying to fight the crowd like a super-hero’s friend,
All I was thinking, I can’t do this again,
That was part of my dilemma.
Should I run or should I stay in society today?
How long would it take to get somewhere I could breath?
Where the trees stand tall, no signs of pollution,
No plastic containers in the eco-revolution
That is my dilemma,
