neoclassical-darkwave soundtrack fantasy world-building
One of the rare primal forests left in Mornoes, planted with immortal trees, some of them being as old as the world.
At nightfall, the foliages start glowing, and ancient powers keep evil away.
Again you have managed to represent your imagination perfectly through music . It has dark qualities but with so much space in it . I don’t know if you planned a lot as I only have one ear but imagine you have . Really vivid imagery of ancient times coming through .
Such cool sounds! There's this low rumbling that reminds me of Mongolian throat singing. Definitely feels ancient, powerful, mystical
Oh yeah this would be perfect to listen to while walking through a forest. I read somewhere that if one were to take particular ancient plants that allowed one to see various dimensions, the one physical life form that would remain constant in appearance are plants/trees.
This is great, somehow really grounded and ethereal at the same time. There's something about the low end that's comforting the way being under a heavy quilt is comforting. Cool change up there around 3:20 with the strings, etc
I love your fantasy pieces, this has some great drones and your trademark ethnic percussion. This has a strong, earthy feel to it.
Rising and rising from the depths, great age, a sense of wisdom, filtered light.
I definately get the sense of ancient trees. There seem to be spirits flitting about through the trees. Darting from shadow to shadow and basking in the sunlight streams that break through the leaves. Another epic track that has me curious about this new world you are describing.
On Ce Vera Dans Les Ombres…
Great dark tones to open and those deep drums, this has a strong mystical fantasy realm image to it, vocals at the end are airy and powerful.
Ooo, there is some reaaaaaal low-end in here. The lowest of the low. But it's mixed in so perfectly and non-intrusively. I love how the full frequency range is covered here, but it's still such a airy mix. Beautiful.
I love the drums. It sounds like a beating heart and also a kind of call to arms. There is tremendous power in the build up. very cool.
Eyvin though this took a long time, it was worth the wait. Ominous sounding intro that builds up into this magical, epic sounding track. Drums sound excellent, almost tribal like whatever beings live in this forest are playing them. I especially like the string notes played near the end.
Great vocal melody and tribal feel, later joined by strings to reinforce it. Beautiful.
