acoustic world music morning mood
When February feels like early spring.
Fun wild toms/hand drums and standup bass to kick things off, very travelling in the celtic hills vibe once the strings kick in. This song keeps filling out over time. Everything is very punch and jaunty, when the guitar starts poking in. The track just keeps filling up. Horns? How surprising. Nice build-up and breakdown.
Ooh! Your morning mist has much more energy than the ones in Oregon! Loved the percussion and cello and then more fun keeps joining in the mix! Well done!
So nice had to listen twice.
Excellent all around.
Arrangement, instrumentation, sounds used.
My first song of yours I'm hearing, found it through the 'your one favorite song' thread.
This is such a great listen...so many beautiful things happening in my headphones, and they all just make me relaxed and...a bit happier than I was.
The horn lead is just perfect. What instrument is that - I'm bad at identifying specific kinds of wind/brass. Regardless, its just so well done.
Great rhythm carrying all the wonderful accents from the guitar and the strings.
This all sounds like live instrumentation, am I correct?
What a great find!
Very cool mix of sounds! Frenetic beat, some nervous energy from a few of the instruments and then more of a soaring or sailing sound thrown in to sort of smooth things out. Nice!
Wow the layers going on here! Great recording and sounds! I love the acoustic coming in to settle things in for a bit until the other instruments add their contribution. Great mood and song. Well done
Oh, what an exciting beat! Leads me to a journey full of little wonders and surprises, as I were sitting in a boat on a river, while strange woods beside are passing and some animal's yelling I can't identify...
Great composition and awesome production. The depth and textures draw you in and as elements are added they interact beautifully. Looking forward to listening to more.
Stunning! That's an energetic mist. I love how the instruments build -- each new one I would say "oh, it's perfect now" and then the next one would enter and it would get even better. (The cello is the best, though.)
This is incredible, all of the instruments sound so fresh a live so well together. I love the oboe (I think that is right but I am crap at naming instruments) solo. I'm mightily impressed, loved it.
It feels like spring and I love it. And this music is a great soundtrack to that, so animated and playful.
Cool groove! Feels Irish epic to me. That’s a good thing!
It got my feet tapping right away... Loved the insistent percussion, and the full cello part was great. Nicely done
Wow- love the bodhran playing and is that a cello? So rhythmic and I love how each texture gets added so gradually. The soprano sax was an awesome surprise. A true pleasure to listen to- thank you!
Hej dansker, det lyder fedt, mega fedt endda. Lidt folkemusik og jazz blandet i en fin musikalsk oplevelse. Cool!!
This one puts a smile on my face. Makes me think of being out on the water in the morning.
Very cool vibe to this one! I love the kind of electronic beat with the folky instrumentation. Superb!
Nice track, the cello goes well with the other instruments, has an outdoors feel of nature and greenery.
This was a surprising and charming track. It doesn't really sound like anything else I've heard on FAWM. I like the rhythms and the upbeat guitar, plus the oboe solo was an added bonus. It's really cool how the cello sounds jam along with the guitar. Nice stuff.
I just sat back and enjoyed this. Like really enjoyed it. The energy gives a great flow. Beautiful!
Beautiful! Such wonderful sounds. Did you play all these instruments!? The percussion is so groovy. And the way all the instruments build is a pleasure, everything sounds great.
The bass and drums are captivating right from the beginning. The progression you went with is beautiful, it has this "big" sort of feel, almost like a soundtrack. I love how much work was put into each part of the instrumental.
