For this FAWM I had an idea of concept-album inspired by the Slavic folklore Жар-пти́ца (Firebird) and performed by the fictitious band called The Playing Magpies. So this is seventh, and the last, track from the concept album "Natalie" by The Playing Magpies.
This song takes place some time after the previous track. Kolya hasn't forgotten Natalie and her visit, but doesn't actively think about her. But one night, after the evening filled with wine, tobacco smoke, jazz music and trollops he hears a certain sound on his head while sleeping. Could it be Natalie? If so, what does she have to say? He quickly jumps up the bed and starts to watch around for Natalie; it's night and the moon shed lights on the streets and his apartment. Not full moon, it only happens in movies. No sign of Natalie, but Kolya's flat really needs some tidying up. Once again. Maybe his things take a turn to the brighter side, maybe not. Who knows?
