Percussion is king
Super full trap feel to this. I have no idea where we're going right now with the tambo, but it's a solid groove. Ah, the piano takes us to reggae now. I particularly enjoyed how layered this track is. The subby bass really keeps things moving with that descending run.
Wauw, this is cool as well, again you're mixing styles and I really like that!
Reggae-blues-song, nice performance:)
That drumming is really something, proper balance of being laid-back and accurate. And those horn melodies, yes! I love how you don't try to sound like stereotypical "wnb-Jamaican reggae artist" but make something own out of those (and another) building blocks.
Nice reggae style track and the snare rolls work well with this.
Ohh. Huge. Massive. Massive attack. hehe. Love it.
I love a good reggae groove. The horns are fantastic.
Cool tune- spent the first half a minute wondering how it could be reggae, but then everything suddenly fell into place... Real nice, real chill!
That bassline really draws you in so that when the piano comes in saying "hey, I'm a reggae track" you're fully hooked. The vibe is so laid back - really nice to unwind to.
Nice deep bass sounds, makes me think of trip hop, a bit Massive Attack in drums and bass. The sax section has a taste of Ethiopia. Very laid-back and groovy.
This is great reggae track. Laid back feel, really good beats and a great flow to the track. Enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing
I think this is the first reggae I've found too this year. I love reggae! Love that smattering of steel drum and when the off-beat chords come, it really begins. I like how you build and build the piece of music, adding layer upon layer. It's a real relaxing listen.
Mmmmm...nice laid-back feel. Agreed - percussion is indeed king!
Really cool bass sound...I'm digging this. Nice work...really nice vibe on this one.
Love the groove here - first reggae I've heard on FAWM and I'm loving it! Big fan of the brassy sounds here, can already hear a melody over it this track. Extremely tight rhythm section. And that bass line is just delightful. Great work.
