fakeit electronic synthpop
Done for the #fakeit challenge - https://fawm.org/forums/topic/8788 - an electronic version with some weird semitones in some parts!
Okay, this one is head-bangin' fun! Love the spoken-word bridge, especially the expletive at the end! 😀
Amazing! I love this take on the song!
Which John Hughes movie was this in? This is an amazing take on the challenge.
Love it! The music has so much movement. Works great with your lyrical phrasing. This could be a hit! Awesome work!
aaah! - posted before it got to the bridge: one more thing to love
sounds fantastic! you definitely took this in a different direction. I love the groove, synths sounds, vocals...everything
Rippin'! Fantastic top to big phat bottom. That main riff is going to be in my head for days.
i wish i had more to say, but all i can really say is that this sounds really good
Ok, full disclosure, you got me up and moving with this one. Killer groove right off the rip. Nice job!
Masterful synth work. This rocks so hard. A pleasure to listen to 😀
Really nicely done. You really have a way with the synths and sounds. And your vocals are spot on. This kind of challenge or game lets you concentrate on the music but I don't know why but even @metalfoot's lyrics and chords sound like @spirulence here. 😀
Really nice track. Enjoyed it a lot!
What a cool challenge - wish I had known more about it before listening to your awesome song!
I don't listen to much of this kind of music anymore, but I like how this brings back clubbing memories and also sounds fresh, vital, and in-the-now. Everything about this one is top-notch - so many cool sounds to dig into, combining into a beast of a song.
Fantastic groove - and so damn riffy! Excellent production too! One of my favourites from FAWM so far this year.
Love what you did with this, Cameron! This is an awesome direction to take the song idea.
This is a totally different version. Funny how you can get so many different songs from the same point of departure. This is also a nice version!
Way cool hanging melody, and the spoken bits in the bridge are an excellent contrast. Dig this!
Oooh, tasty take on the challenge. I'm digging your arrangement. It sounds very good. This one might be my favorite of all of them (so far.)
