This neoceltic/druidical 4/4 round dance is mapped out on duo-pianos, with the melody taken (and twisted, and mirrored, and reversed) from the original piano recording. Added contrabass section, a solo cello, a soprano and a mad Russian choir who can't quite keep time, so they're stationed on the edge of the dance ground.
The motif is simple and the structure is very simple, mainly two chords, tonic and (modal) 7th. It's just a simple progression or shift that you hear again and again and again in folk music, especially round dances, and I never tire of it. Others might!
(Note: this is a sketch. There are irregularities in time and the odd hesitations on the two pianos because it was live-recorded. Such things will be tightened up eventually but not during FAWM!)
