7 weeks fawmtronica bass glitch experimental downtempo vocals
So I had the pleasure once again to collaborate with Savoy The Songstress. This song is a mash up of vocals from 2 different songs: "Fall" and "Hot Tea." I PHLIPPED IT into another galaxy and the end result is "HOT FALL TEA."
The amazing lyrics and vocals are by @princesssavania and I did the music and production work. I LOVE it!
Thank you @princesssavania for sharing your talent with me. You are so talented! 😀

Na na na na na Hoo
Na na na na na Hoo
Na na na na na Hoo
Na na na na na Hoo
He’s not one for a drag but he was smoking
Libatious chivalry, so as a token
I can’t quite repeat what was said, but oh man
He’s got not a clue what he’s awoken
October balance
Eight eight eight
Ring the angels
Tell ‘em everything’s in place
You always come back to me
Red hot like autumn leaves
Yes I fall every time
Na na na na na Hoo
Na na na na na Hoo
Na na na na na Hoo
Na na na na na Hoo
October balance
Eight eight eight
Ring the angels
Tell ‘em everything’s in place
You always come back to me
Red hot like autumn leaves
Yes I fall every time
Na na na na na Hoo
Na na na na na Hoo
Na na na na na Hoo
Na na na na na Hoo
He’s not one for a drag but he was smoking
Libatious chivalry, so as a token
I can’t quite repeat what was said, but oh man
He’s got not a clue what he’s awoken

That's a gorgeous enticing beat in the beginning there with plenty of interesting little treats even before the vocal. The vocal itself is fantastic, and the bassline underneath it is delicious too. Great production and mix. This reminds me a bit of The Glitch Mob in a few ways, which is awesome too.

Ooh, I really like that stutter effect on the vocals in the first verse and how the delay seems like it's starting to self-oscillate at some points. I think this collaboration was a success.

It has been a pleasure witnessing the vocal processing on your tracks throughout FAWM. Love the gently melodic bassline in this one. And I always appreciate a lyric that shows me how women are as blown away by men as we are by them.
