playing with loops and fuzz guitar
It's my last song and I needed to cut loose on some fuzz guitar licks.... an improv over Bm A G A. It has been a great FAWM. Hope everyone liked the experience.
The guitar is singing the melody!!
Catching up on my #tit4tat and I am already pumped YOu left me multiple comments because I get the pleasure of returning the favor.
This track is super sexy and I love the mix. That is a awesome lead tone and you used it well in your playing!!
Dig that sub bass that's happening!
I really want to learn more about that process.
Great solo too!
I’m a sucker for fuzzy guitars and loops! Them geetars are BIG love the jungle/hip hop drums And the exploratory leads are very cool nice one
Lovely outro. Great combination of a sexy beat + Fuzz Noodling In Bm. (Alternate title there for you).
I have to agree with @bradbrubaker, the drums are super cool. Rhythmically interesting enough that the guitar doesn't have to carry the song all by itself. Which it could, though, but I think it's more interesting this way. And that's some sexy fuzz.
Everyone's talking guitar in the comments, so let me be the one to give a tip o' the hat to the drums on this. It's a sexy rhythm to be sure.
Again, your guitar playing is top-notch!! Who are your main influences? I read that you like Steely Dan. I can hear some, but I believe you have your vibe! #tit4tat3
Always have time for some fun fuzz guitar. Top-notch noodling!
I love that guitar sound soaring triumphantly above the loops.
Nice subtle headphone mix, too.
I can imagine listening to this while driving down the highway on a summer day with the windows open.
That electric piano brings to mind the jazzy greats of the 70s, while the distorted, jagged guitar reminds me of the artsy rock of King Crimson, Adrian Belew, etc. Nice mix of the two styles! Fabulous guitar playing.
#tit4tat nice to listen to your music, you have such a wonderful grasp of playing many genres.
Nice clean keys, to contrast the guitar noodling, - great work.
A trap beat on fuzzed blues guitar? Why not! I didnt expect this so sound so well and modern. I'd remove the keys (?!) in the background. Maybe try out some more next year.
Ooh man, from the off- that tripping modern drum groove married with biting fuzz tones is dope. So much to enjoy here! The keys really push through too and keep that jazz pick up vibe going. Great work
Totally epic and huge. Those reverbs! So much feeling in that melody.
I was just writing and recording a new song with three different fuzz pedals so the title caught my eye. Very cool loop and some awesome improv guitar. That’s a skill I absolutely do not have. I liked how it flowed - I’m hearing some of your influences with this one! Nicely done and sounded like a fun song to play.
Awesome fuzz guitar!
Fuzzy - great guitar! The guitar track could have been a bit in the foreground according to my taste. But brilliantly virtuoso!
Fuzz! Yea!!! Love the groove and the happy chill fuzz that sings out so beautifully.
Sometimes you just gotta fuzz! Nice way to end the month by letting loose with some loud guitar!
You can't underestimate a guitar with some nice fuzz or distortion... nice chill out listen!
Great use of the guitar sound to guide the direction of the melody. Nice improv work! 😀
That guitar sound just soars, doesn't it? Great melody for it to fly and freewheel on. I echo the comment about the beats too.
Lovely sounds in the guitar here. Singing the melody as you describe. Very precise.
The release, an exorcism of fuzz. I know the guitar is the standout here, but the beats are are also killer.
