Fun! It does sound like a carnival. I like the change about 2 1/2 minutes in - has some interesting tones coming in.
Awesome job and sounds very full and big for a 4 track production. These are making me want to get back into the old 4 track days. Hmm . . .
Such fun these four track projects. This has an evocative feel of a carnival or fair. Visualizing the merry-go-round albeit with coordinated music and friendlier carnies.
Haha this one is amazing! Love how the fretless bass has a brassy honk, almost sounds like a tuba or something. The casio / organ / synth and play so well together, this is a delight.
OK, this was a lot of fun and not nearly as out there as the title would have led me to believe. Bouncy, catchy, enjoyable-- lots of ear candy here!
Head nodding from the first beat. Hands tapping tops of thighs comes next. Feet bouncing. Very organic synth sounds, which adds nicely to the organic way these come about. Makes me feel like humans making this music, pulling these strings, and having fun doing it, like the fun I'm having listening. Ticklishly good. Whoa and then the ending spins right off the reel!
Very fun mix!! Great job, you guys!!
This has such a happy feel to it. It sounds like an unaccountably hip fairground organ decided to have a shot at stardom by making a dance number. Great fun. And technically, I'm very impressed; none of the 4-track adventures I had back in the day sounded this good and they very definitely didn't have the frequency range that this has - love that insistent hi-hat beat and I love being able to hear it!
Well alright, alright - I definitely like what y'all have got going on here. Is that a classic Casio drum kit? I like the bouncy bass supporting the organ and synths. Psychedelic and funky, too!
Mix sounds great in my Bose headphones!
I FREAKIN' LOVE THIS!
It's just always the greatest surprise to hear where a song goes and twists and turns too. This was really fun, trippy, and analog-y goodness from top to bottom.
Again, apologies for taking up two tracks in the start!! I honestly just made that drum track to be recorded over as a time keeper for my synth part...
I thought I was ABSOLUTELY bonkers to go with that combo organ part that popped in my head, but NOW I understand! You all just added so much fun and made it perfect. Awesome start SWG - that was definitely inspiring. And the panning for EXTRA psychedelic goodness - so great!
I love how this turned out! I forgot about the drum machine ... I'm glad Burr went with more synthy goodness! I like the dissonanct and warped layers in places, and the high synth that sounds almost like a human voice. Of course the original bouncy keyboard tracks were very fun to play to. Very cool blend.
