1 week darkish relationship
Ok delving into my inner Cave Cohen- not surprising I am in this style (although this is a relationship song) as for second time in a week im off tomorrow to farewell a friend - this one a great mandolin player who i used to play music with! goodonya Robbie! I must say this is one of my favourites even as i went up higher to try and lift it a little out of the dark
Many questions to ask
Gotta know the answers
Trying to skirt all around
Like contemporary dancers
But you are what i need
I now know it for sure
I wanna get you forever
Yes Starting right now
I wanna know now baby
Is it really me
I wanna know for sure
Am I really the one
I cant see passed you
You totatly blind my eyes
Am i really the one
Coz I Don’t need no drawn out goodbyes
I don’t have the time to waste
But neither the will to go
Tell me I’m top of the list
Or just let me go
I wanna know now baby
Is it really me
I wanna know for sure
Am I really the one
I wanna know now baby
Is it really me
I wanna know for sure
Am I really the one
I wanna know now baby
Is it really me
I wanna know for sure
Am I really the one

This is very nice. I enjoyed the performance and fine lyrics, "don’t have the time to waste, But neither the will to go" Good stuff

A good song. The stately pace of the vocal adds emotional power to the song's plea for clarity. Sometimes we just want to know. Well done.

Aw, love. My dark heart is warmed by this one. I like how you take your time with the lyrics. The "contemporary dancers" line is great as well as the one about "drawn out goodbyes." #tit4tat 5

Big mood on this one, John. There's something about the chords and rhythm that give me a strong flavour of country and western but with the emphasis on the western, that I think suits it really well.
"I don't need no drawn out goodbyes" is a kller line.
I'm very sorry for the loss of your friend. All the best.
