Another lyric-songprompt - the task was to use only 14 words. I used 11 words, "hm", "oh" and music 😀. I didn't wanted to use less than 14. But it happened anyway. It took a while to set the words into meaning.
It's a piece about what I want more and what I want to have (more or less) and that I WANT YOU 😀. It's unusually unclear. Not-Momente-Galerie-like, but I still like it. Because I hit another challenge 😁!

Really nice guitar work. I like the walking bass line and the sustained notes over changes. Beautiful vocals.

@hornesgiftshop thank you so much, yes it's been held pretty simple.
@ayehahmur yes, I live in a part of germany where it is pretty usual to cut off verbs - but especially habe is a verb which likely looses its "e" at the end in the spoken language as well. I almost never say "Ich habe" I mostly say "Ich hab'" with the same meaning of course.
And yeah, the regulation of only 14 words made me fokus on music and meaning and that's a thing I didn't experienced since. So good to have some challenges 😀.

This is a beautiful song. Really touching and gentle and sad. I love the limited vocabulary as a challenge, it really makes you focus on what's important in the song, doesn't it?
(I'm very slowly teaching myself German - is it common to contract verbs like hab' = habe to fit the scansion of the song?)
