[ Story ]

POV 1: The main character realized that their best friend is in danger.

They rush across the city, probably stumbling from open wounds, but running as fast as they can. Panic grows by the second. But by the time they arrive.. it's too late.

POV 2: The best friend knew that this was it. Knew this day would come.

Smiling to themselves because their plan to get the main character as far away from the scene as possible worked, they fought bravely until the end to save the city. They die, though it only looks like they're sleeping.

A train passes by.

Hell yea! Lots of great textures in this one, awesome to hear so many different instruments being used. All strong ideas as well, except for the cellos in the first minute which I found to be a little dense (maybe just trim down to 1 or 2 cellos?). Really cool to hear the piano taking a shining role over the large orchestral backdrop you've built with the drums, strings, synths, etc. When you get to the louder last chorus, is there a way to make the drums louder to match the rest of the arrangement?

Lovely! 100% agree with @headfirstonly that the cellos work very well in the piece.

You've musically conjured your scene really well here. I just see that frantic, futile chase unfolding in my mind. Really like the piano work.

    Very dramatic opening.

I love it. Interesting rhythms, there is a bit of skill here.

Is that a musical box in the opening section? It's a lovely touch.

The combination of classical arrangement with a modern dance beat is interesting - the cellos in particular work really well.
