This one came to me in the shower yesterday. I have written a few others but I wanted to record this one first - and as usual I spent way too much time on it.

So melodic. Love the spacing in the vocal lead, and the instrumental fills. It is like a pop mantra.

It sounds really nice. Good mix. I like what you've done with the melody - it takes a lot of good "turns" in some way (don't know how to explain it). Hey, has anybody ever told you you've got a bit of Chris Martin in you when you go to the higher notes? haha

I think my favourite parts are either the "I,I,I" vocal part or the guitar that leads out of the chorus. I really like the word follow in songs too, and it works well in a song this filmic and epic.
As the songs comes back in after the breakdown it would be great to hear a ripping solo... maybe that's a bit standard, I mean I like what you have here especially all the small modulation flourishes, so maybe just ignore me! Cool song

the core song here is a straightforward americana tune, but i like how you've dressed it up in this demo/recording with some other more modern poppy elements. very cool. harmonies are great as always!
