fawmtronica church space silly fun
I TOLD YA'LL TO TAKE THIS COMPUTER AWAY FROM ME!!!!
Now I'm just enjoying myself and not caring bout nothin' (like mixing, good playing, or perceptions)!
I really like the choppy intro and the jaunty feel once the drums come in is great. The 70s electric piano is awesome but when that organ comes in and it goes full gospel, it really takes flight!
Has a lot of pep and jump in here with that nice drum groove; with your title I envision aliens somehow dancing on Jupiter to this.
Modern shopping mall music - except that malls are nearly dead - and this track is not. But it does make me want to pick up my step and buy more stuff!
unexpected and cool; That beginning was tranquil before it becoming groovy like only you know how. sure sounded like you had fun!
Haha, this does sound like you had awesome fun making it, and I am having great fun listening to it! I loved the maelstrom of sweet chords in the intro but each time a new section kicks in the party seems to go up a notch. The beat is kinda goofy and fun, but the freestyle keys soloing is so happy!
I can do with some silly fun right now and this fitted the bill. Just a happy groove.
I'm really glad we didn't listen to you cause here I am groovin' and feeling thangs. Splitty, yes!
I like the faraway sounds mixed with the drums up front.
I'm liking those melodies on the e piano. Cool bounce out feel, very fun tune.
Really, I think this should be in a movie or something
This is so fun! I don’t think it’s silly at all....FUN! To be honest, I wouldn’t have the slightest idea how to start doing something like this. There are tons of tasty musical additions all over the place. So fun!
Well, that sounds like the perfect vibe to create in, just enjoying. F perceptions, F obsessive mixing, just have a good ole time. This very much does feel like a church service in space, which I'm guessing from the title you were going for. I feel like at some point I'm definitely in an elevator, scoping out where the space donuts are--churches usually have donuts, right? It's been awhile... Anyway very cool! Keep playing!
Definitely took me to church! This is all over the place but I'm loving the journey. Almost sounds like an acid trip version of some 1970's sitcom themes. Whatever you were going for, I'm pretty sure you achieved it.
Fun indeed. I’m hearing David Lynch, Barnes and Barnes, Mark Mothersbaugh and David Byrne all working together to make a TV jingle here. Sign me up to the space church!
I’d be there each Sunday with my arms in the air singing along to this gospel swing riot! Blues Brothers 3000 here we come!
Keep meaning to listen to more of your stuff this year....... so glad I found one where you quit "caring" This is phenomenal! That choir of little balls of gaseous energy are killing it! Don't get me started on that methane cloud playing the organ........whew!!!! This is absolutely amazing! This seriously had me dancing......I even got out of the chair to act a fool hahahah
Mh, bubbly retro space sounds! Can never resist those.
Amazing soundscape you created here, the layers play very nicely together.
The second part has a happy and upbeat feel, just like you somehow already won FAWM, with you humming happily along the lead tune? Haha, congrats on that, keep posting these beautiful songs!
I love the overdriven sounds here and this concept. It makes for a real interesting piece of music! When the melody and little drum beat come in that was unexpected and really cool. I think easing up and enjoying making music has created something really fun here. This is a really cool song!
I'ma tell Shirley Caesar on you! You better be glad James Cleaveland gone on to Glory or I'd tell him too!
you've invented spacegospel! cool sounds. That organ slaps and the bluesy improv and wild rhythm stuff was so fun.
You had me at Sunday morning on Jupiter. I’m loving the outer space organ intro, then you kick into a light hearted groove. I picture purple tentacled, five eyed Jovians bopping to this as they break into a hallelujah chorus. Fun stuff. Give that man another computer.
And now the Gospel according to the Milky Way. Swinging through space. Love it.
Awesome sounds that transport me to space and then the way it blasts off to that wonderful driving rhythm is so much fun. A wonderful interplay of space sounds and fun music!
