God this one's long!
I didn't want to just do a noise nightmare yet again for my third go at Slothcore, plus the previous track on the album is just pure noise so I needed a change of pace in several ways.
Arkady somehow survived his journey through the black hole, and is now....somewhere? One of the benefits of Slothcore is it's very easy to improvise lyrics on the fly.
The complete THE WRONG STUFF (so far, and in the right order) :
Stranded here on this desert world
It's not much to look at but it could be worse
40 years alone in outer space
I don't dare look at my own, old, ravaged face
My ship is now a shattered wreck
I was lucky not to break my neck
The desert stretches ahead of me
I better start walkin' I'm already feeling thirsty oh so thirsty
(**i Improvised these verses, I was kind of mumbling and can't tell what i was singing now, something about time**)
So i set out across the desert, years of inactivity aboard a starship have left me arthritic and slow. But i have nothing else to motivate me, except the desire to explore. I may as well see what's over the next couple of dunes at least? so I know, so I've seen.
