Finnish tradition is, that if a woman proposes on a leap day and other half rejects, he/she/they has to buy a fabric for a skirt.
This year leap day is also "Munkko possu päivä”, when you eat doughnuts.
And again, these are finnish idioms translated straight to english.
I can read you like an open book
’Cause I know you as know my own pockets
I now what you are going to say
This is the the day for running away
I’m not gonna marry you, though your doughnuts are big
gonna give you leather mittens and a fabric for a skirt
I’m not gonna marry you, the monk did not visit
gonna give you defensemen and a fabric for a skirt
I know you have no clean flours in your bag
And i’m gonna put flours in your mouth
I am not an easy wiener
Those buns in the oven are not mine
