I've recently found myself in the market for a co-songwriter (or several of you fellow songwriters) to collaborate with. I've been songwriting independently at home for about 9mos. now and even though I'm still just an amateur, I've already gotten pretty good I must say. We can do it virtually or in person, doesn't matter to me a whole lot. My lyrics tend to be quite emotional, whatever I'm feeling at the time, I'll express through my writing. I do have 2 songs that are more just fun/lighthearted, but every single song does need to have some kind of meaning if you ask me. Country's usually my go-to genre for both writing and when I'm just listening to jams. Please e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org if you're down for all that. Thank you very much

Unfortunately, FAWM 2019 is over. It's a February thing with some activity on the forums continuing on into March, but no new songs can be posted on the FAWM site until it starts up again Feb 1st, 2020. But don't despair, you could always join 50/90 which starts up on July 4th. Here's the link:

@daydreaminem you can certainly post here and look for collaborators! The problem is 99% of the people who participate here in February are now gone or only checking in on rare occasions.
If you want to find collaborators among FAWM participants you'll have much better results in February. But since we have a few months to go before that you can post in the FAWM Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/fawmers/) as there are a few FAWMers who are active there.
Also, from July 4 to October 1, there is a FAWM spinoff challenge called 50/90 (http://fiftyninety.fawmers.org/). Far fewer people participate but you can probably find collaborators there starting in late June and during the challenge.
