Hey friends! My first intention was to do all Peruvian inspired instrumentals this year, but then the first song I recorded ended up sounding more Spanish...so we'll see what happens! Hoping to find more time this year to check out y'all's creations as well! Happy FAWMing!

  hi, on the song 'crawfish', that was just renoise 'cabinet simulator'. maybe the key to that guitar sound is recording through a tube mic pre-amp (ART Tube MP), into a field recording unit (Tascam DR-40x). but, once it's on the tascam, and moved to the pc, and loaded into renoise, in this case it were just the renoise cabinet simulator. the raw recording itself is a fairly clean sound; but maybe that tube in the 'art mp' does something to it.
