With no experience or formal training, I picked up the ukulele a few years ago as a way to handle stress and anxiety.. I quickly fell in love with its sound and, even more so, the community that formed around it.
My love for this little instrument has evolved. The ukulele has now become a 4-stringed delivery system for the word combinations I craft.
Prior to FAWM, I'd write a song or two a month when I had something on my mind. I'm immensely curious what will come out of me when I'm compelled by a deadline instead of my (well-intentioned but inconsistent) muse

Thanks for your visit and listen!
Thanks for your comments! What a pity I don't release on Spotify anymore but I take it as a great compliment beeing part of a playlist. Maybe Soundcloud when it's finished? Just kidding - Thanks for listening!
thx for listening to See Yourself. The fact that you forgot it was FAWM is high praise. I love those moments. I've had a few this year but they are rare so I appreciate it!
thank you for your kind comment on 'without you' somehow i missed it in february!
Thanks for your comment!
i can't remember if i thanked you for your kind words on my song "without you"...
Oooooo! I like those four stars, @tckane ! Once, when I was already grown, my maternal grandmother, who was a bit of a pill, if I'm honest, and loved to make you feel guilty for perceived inattentiveness, said my sister earned a gold star for having called/visited/written/fill in the blank, then just looked at me accusingly. Hilarious, now. She taught 2nd grade for 40 years, so I guess gold stars were her highest reward. Anyway.........I thank YOU, xo
Thanks for your comment on the Woodpecker's Song. It was a fun one to do!
My heart feels so happy reading your words! I'm grateful you checked out my tune and wrote such a sweet comment 😊
Malcolm in the Middle! 😍 A Bossa nova tune about that family would be hilarious! The chord progressions came first on this piece and I played around with a few different ideas about who wasn’t the boss before I landed on the music, itself. Weird. We both know it really is the boss.
I appreciate you checking out my tune! I'm glad it could help you smile 😀
Thanks for your kind comments on The Man Who Would Be King!
