Artist Bio

Missed last year because I was in New Zealand.
Failing at TAXI for two years.
Performing comedy song sets, almost all of which is music written during either FAWM or 50/90.

Mom died last month so I'm still dealing with that.
Hope to do some skirmishes because that feels like a real challenge to me.

  • @cheezeboy Mar 9

    Thanks for the comment!

  • @celineellis  Mar 6

You should totally make some money of it! i would buy it! I spent a month working in Thailand on my own with a thai team back in 2013. it was an amazing adventure.

  • @abudabard12514  Mar 5

Man, hats off. I dunno how anybody lives breadlessly like that. I appreciate your comments on my tunes! Gonna dig into yours now!

  • @jwhanberry  Mar 4

Thanks for your comments on "Outa My Mind". Glad you like it.
Ghosthack is a source of samples. Not too expensive. Sometimes they have free ones.

  • @hummingbear  Mar 4

Thanks for your comments on "Club-Footed Parrot." Sound like you're familiar with ferrets too. 😀

  • @lisamarie777 Mar 2

Oh how fun that you lived in LA. Thanks for the kind words. I hope to add music soon...I'm so very slow at that.

  • @sbs2018 Feb 29

I just renewed after all - lol! Guess it gives me some direction. Hope your deal comes through.

  • @katmtl Feb 29

Hey there! Thanks for listening! I’m glad you liked Pikachu’s Revenge lol 😎😎😎

  • @judypie  Feb 29

Excellent! I am just about to listen to it again through my bedroom speaker! It’s 1:30am here and I think it’s about time I turned in so this will be perfect to end the day ❤️

  • @sbs2018 Feb 28

Thanks for the comment on “Drummer Girl.” Yeah, arranging sounds into a song is my favorite part about creating music, I’ve discovered. Now that FAWM is ending, I need to get back to editing my novel in progress. I need a break from music - lol!

  • @dragondreams  Feb 28

Thank you so much for the listen and the positive comment. I really appreciate it. 😀

  • @cindyrella  Feb 28

Please let me know when you have a video of it. I know it will be great.

  • @cindyrella  Feb 28

    Thanks for your comments!

  • @oaksnprairie  Feb 27

My parents lived in Korea in the 90s--otherwise I wouldn't have attempted it. The universality of English takes some of the challenge out of travel these days, but it's nice to try even if my attempts at the other language are less fluent than their English.

  • @karan  Feb 27

Please let me know when the video for "Mom's Piano" is finished! I can imagine how hard it must have been for you to write this song ... Sending best wishes your way!

  • @jaegerin  Feb 27

Just woke up and there it was... Am thrilled with the song!! Thanks so much 😊

  • @jaegerin  Feb 26

Great! Have added a note that the tune is being worked on and I'm excited to hear what you come up with.

  • @jaegerin  Feb 26

I would love that! Was hoping that was what you meant. And yes, do create a chorus or move things round as you see fit to make it work. Thank you for asking 😀

  • @jaegerin  Feb 26

Hey, thanks for the kind words! Am really focussing on lyrics this year so these are open for collab.

  • @jenjen  Feb 25

😀 thanks for the listen! and kind feedback, cheers!

  • @sbs2018 Feb 25

Thank you for your awesome comments on my songs! You made my day!

  • @moonraccoon  Feb 25

Same. It's the first line, then the first stanza, that puts melodies in my head.

  • @rotundosealeg Feb 24

Hey, thank you for your kind words, Ed!! I went back in and wrote out the lyrics to that one song cuz you asked - I usually skip that part as a time saver since I write in a notebook. Hope you’re well and thanks again!

  • @acousticmaddie  Feb 23

Yes thank you. I thought I answered to your e-mail. Maybe it was a repmy to The wetransfer. Sorry

  • @acousticmaddie  Feb 23

If you find the time please dont hesitate to dig into it. It would be an honor. Thank you for your kind comment

  • @jorh  Feb 20

(I'll add you to the Liner Notes as I make a note when someone is working on music for one---then they can post "new").

We should absolutely chat about improv MD life. I've been playing on the scene for 10 years both musical improv and short form. My main gigs right now are Comedy Sportz and Storytown ( long form music improv for kids).

  • @abudabard12514  Feb 14

  • @karan  Feb 14

You are so very welcome! I love this age and time where the internet bridges miles and circumstances.

  • @crisp1  Feb 14

I'm not worried, Ed. I know you'll get to it. Enjoy doing the show!

  • @hmorg  Feb 13

Thanks for the comment on "Kalmanväki"! Surfing genres is part of the fun of FAWM, both writing-wise and listening-wise. Although this year I've kept rather close to my core skillset. So far.

  • @candle  Feb 13

Thank you for the Zong Bust & great comment on Robot Genesis. I'm glad you enjoyed the track.

    See You In The Shadows…

  • @barbara  Feb 8

Thanks for commenting on my ‘Orange’ lyric. I’m not likely to be adding music, and I’m happy to turn the words over to a collaborator if you have any interest in some or all of the words.

  • @chriddof Feb 6

Thanks for your comment! Glad I could brighten up your day a bit.

  • @stephenwordsmith Feb 6

Nice to hear from you again, Ed. Hope you enjoyed your little sojourn in Middle Earth - I spent a few days in Qtown during 5090 last year, but try to avoid Auckland on general principle.

If you take a shine to anything I've done this year, you are quite welcome to it.

  • @crisp1  Feb 5

Love it, Ed! Sounds great. I don't know Steve Goodman too well, but I'm pretty sure that Mr. Zevon won the fight. If I write anything else humorous, I'll run it past you, buddy!

  • @juoppis  Feb 5

Thanks for your comment! I appreciate it.

  • @lanasolyluna Feb 5

Agreed weird is better isn’t it.

  • @crisp1  Feb 4
