Artist Bio

Influences:   "Everything" sounds disingenuous and pretentious, but the list is constantly revolving. The most obvious are Chris Cornell, Shane MacGowan, and John Darnielle.

I'm Sean, and I'm a music teacher. My best work most years will be as a member of @lavishdude with my buddy @deadhead! My FAWM activities thus far:

2013: "won" with lyrics; three demos
2014: five demos and one other lyric
2015: three or four demos
2016: two lyrics
2017: "won" with 14 demos!
2018: did not participate
2019: 11 demos with @lavishdude
2020: did not participate
2021: TBD

I'm always happy to collaborate, whether as an arranger, lyricist, or instrumentalist.

Awfully kind words. I do remember you mentioning that song. I put that on a CD of oddities called, appropriately, "Oddities". Send me your mailing address to so I can send it to you.

Hi Sean, thanks for listening to my song. You said I should hit you up when I had done vocals for Empty House... well here it is:

Loving your stuff this year. Happy FAWMing! 😀

No point in tinting the profile picture if you remember what happens alongside the pink!

    Yes! You're back!

Sean!!!! I was just listening to our At Average EP the other day and reveling in your glorious viola line. I have no idea how successful I'll be at FAWM this year so take this with a grain of salt, but.... collaboration?

  • @prsongsmith  Feb 3

Thanks for the encouragement on my first Fawmsong!

Everyone is a sucker for a descending line 😀 Thank you for the kind and truly helpful comment. I had not actually thought about what I was doing

Oh my...I have wishlisted Road Redemption! It looks awesome. I remember I played a later Road Rash...I think on the Playstation, and it was...not fun for me.
I've got Road Rash 2 (which is the one I played for an ungodly number of hours) on the Genesis Mini...hmm may have to fire that up right now...
And I'm curious - have you played RCT 3? I've got the platinum edition on Steam and I'm wondering if you feel that OpenRCT2 makes RCT2 better than 3? Meaning do the qol stuff improve 2 to the point that its still better than even 3? Sorry if I worded that in a complicated way lol

Yayy! Excited to see what you create this year 😁
