Artist Bio

Influences:   Anyone who has a go

I'm a regular gigging musican from West Sussex (UK). I've dabbled in songwriting over the years and thought it was about time I recorded a few and got them "out there", if for no other reason than just giving myself a sense of achievement. FAWM seemed like a good way to do it and give me the kick up the backside I needed.
My songs are really just thoughts going through my head most days. I tend to look at most things in terms of "can I write a song about that".
All constructive comments welcome - structure, sonics, lyrics - anything that comes into your head really.

Hi Panch - Could you make I wish I was French downloadable again please? Half term happened, I forgot, and now it's gone again. Merci.

Thanks for the visit and leaving kind words on my song, “Monsoon”.

“Briticana” works a treat to describe this kind of music. I thought of Ray Davies while listening to “Quiet Town”, especially his “Working Man’s Café”, American influenced sound but Quintessentially British in outlook. (And you may notice that one of my influences is Nick Lowe, one of my all time favourite song-writers.) So yeah, Briticana —perfect for what you’re doing.
