Artist Bio

First time doing FAWM. I'll be focussing on creative process rather than recording quality.

My demos are one-take phone recordings from my bedroom, usually the first complete play through of the song so please try to listen past the choppy performance.

I'm finally catching up on all of the overdue thank you notes for having stopped to consider my song Sweet Louise. I take all comments to heart and truly appreciate everyone's comments. All the love.

RE: Compare - Hey Neil! Thanks so much for taking the time to listen and leave a comment on my track. Your comment made me smile -Harry Nillson and Randy Newman are both huge influences how I try to drive my music w/ my live persona (alter ego, Billy Saffyre). I appreciate you, man! Thank you! 😀

Thanks for listening to my song "Nostalgia" and commenting. As far as what pick, I always just use standard Fender medium celluloid picks. If there's any kind of distinctive sound you heard, I guess it must be my strumming style, which I have to say is not something I give a whole lot of thought to, just a 'feel' kind of thing I suppose!

Thanks for your feedback on "Hallo Angst (Hello Fear)"! And sorry for answering that late - I had a lot of work and some technical problems, too ...

Hey, thanks! The drums were programmed / sampled but I played the guitars and basses and did all the vocals.

Yes, a u-bass is a ukulele bass. Hope I didn't leave you with an earworm! Thank you for listening.

Hi, neil. I had to make an adjustment to the way I uploaded the file. Please try again if you wish.
